Rockwell Healthcare operates skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities in Southern California. Its centers provide nursing, rehabilitation and therapy for people recovering after hospitalization as well as residents who need longer-term support. Selected facilities also offer secure memory care and other specialized programs based on resident needs. Rockwell's work combines clinical oversight, daily living assistance and facility operations through local care teams. It is a regional care provider rather than a hospital chain or a healthcare software company.
