  • Work with multiple partners to support Anaplan's quest to be an employer of choice
  • Answer a wide variety of HR inquiries and issues for all employees and levels of management
  • Create and issue offer letters and provide onboarding support
  • Accompany, guide, and advise employees/managers on HR matters
  • Provide employee relations support including conducting investigations
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on recruiting efforts
  • Focus on employee experience to keep talent engaged and motivated
  • Lead and participate in multiple simultaneous projects throughout the HR Organization
  • Liaise with internal partners to develop process efficiencies
  • Identify areas of improvement and lead with an operational focus
  • Help craft and facilitate documentation and training
  • Operate with integrity, respect, empathy, and high personal standards around confidentiality
