- At least 5 years of industry experience as a Salesforce administrator is required.
- Experience with database software and customer relationship management solutions is required.
- Advanced knowledge of and experience with Salesforce configuration is required.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results within aggressive timelines is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in writing, with technical and non-technical audiences are required.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team is required.
- Ability to take initiative, recommend process improvements, and demonstrate creative thinking is required.
- Self-motivation and ability to grasp concepts quickly are required.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required.
- Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology is required.
- Configure Salesforce customer relationship management applications.
- Research integration issues and liaise with legacy system development staff.
- Research and develop new Salesforce applications to support the organization.
- Work closely and communicate clearly with people who have varied skill sets.
- Produce and improve documentation related to implementation configuration.
