- Hold a Bac+3 degree in Human Resources.
- Have an interest in regulations, safety, and working in an industrial environment.
- Have strong organizational skills, rigor, and a team-oriented approach.
- Be proficient with office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Have interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
- Be able to adapt, plan, manage priorities, and solve problems.
- Help identify regulatory training needs based on legal obligations and site requirements.
- Contribute to planning training sessions in collaboration with internal teams and training organizations.
- Participate in managing registrations, preparing logistics such as room and equipment reservations, and coordinating instructors.
- Assist with tracking attendance, updating training records, and managing certificates.
- Relay training information to employees and raise awareness of the importance of regulatory training.
- Participate in regulatory monitoring and propose ideas to improve training processes.
- Collaborate with the training, health, safety, and environment, and operational teams.
