Requirements
  • 3+ years’ operational experience in SIPP & ISA
  • Experience in growing a SIPP business within the financial services sector is preferred
  • Experience with brokerage or financial technology
  • In-depth knowledge of SIPP & ISA regulations, HMRC guidelines, and pension industry best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data processing
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for pension administration
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and stick to deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Self-Invested Personal Pensions with reference to appropriate experts when the cover falls outside your own experience
Responsibilities
  • Supporting and collaborating with internal departments to improve and re-engineer SIPP and ISA products and services
  • Keeping current regarding rules, regulations, and legislation for all SIPP and ISA accounts
  • Preparing MI reports on account performance and activity
  • Handling queries related to SIPP & ISA accounts and ensuring excellent client service
  • Monitoring the performance of the SIPP & ISA offerings and ensuring company strategies, objectives, and client service levels are consistently met
  • Focusing on strategy, growth, oversight, and development
