Requirements
  • Familiarity with multi-rotor unmanned aerial systems operation.
  • A Part 107 UAS Remote Pilot Endorsement.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and cloud storage and data-transfer tools such as Dropbox.
  • A safety-oriented attitude on and off site.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, staff, customers, and industry.
  • Ability to work outdoors in hot and humid Gulf Coast and Southwest climates.
  • Ability to travel and perform duties outside the Greater Houston area.
Responsibilities
  • Execute scheduled unmanned aerial systems missions in primarily industrial settings.
  • Conduct unmanned aerial systems flights.
  • Manage and transfer flight data.
  • Perform field piloting duties for construction and energy service lines.
  • Perform administrative or data technician duties in the office when required.
Desired Qualifications
  • Fixed-wing unmanned aerial systems operational experience.
  • Previous professional unmanned aerial systems piloting experience.
  • At least one year of commercial unmanned aerial systems piloting experience.
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience.
  • Transportation Worker Identification Credential.
  • Commercial Driver's License.
  • Training opportunities as a Junior Data Technician may become available.
