Responsibilities
  • Define and drive product initiatives and EPICs, aligning with Showpad's objectives and customer needs.
  • Become a subject matter expert in Level 2 SCM use cases, identifying opportunities for innovation through market research and competitive analysis.
  • Work closely with cross-functional AMPED teams to develop and launch new features, gathering and prioritizing product requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders and customers to gather feedback, conduct user interviews, and validate product assumptions through continuous product discovery activities.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics, developing business cases and recommending improvements based on customer and market insights.
  • Represent the product team in cross-functional meetings, write expert blog posts, and present product updates to stakeholders.
