About the job

Requirements
  • At least 4–5 years of experience designing digital products, ideally B2B SaaS or complex, workflow-heavy tools.
  • A portfolio that explains the problem, constraints, design thinking, and impact, beyond polished user interface work.
  • Demonstrated depth in product thinking.
  • Strong interaction and user experience skills, plus visual design craft.
  • End-to-end design experience, including research, flow mapping, prototyping, stakeholder iteration, and implementation support.
  • Ability to move quickly in ambiguous environments while maintaining thoughtfulness and knowing when to use a lean or deep approach.
  • A systems mindset, with ability to design scalable, reusable patterns that support future change.
  • Curiosity and openness to using artificial intelligence in the design workflow for exploration, prototyping, or reasoning.
Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end design for core platform areas, including discovery, flows, interaction, user interface, and launch.
  • Understand user personas including human resources leaders, people managers, employees, and executives, and identify their needs and challenges.
  • Help define problems, narrow scope, align on success metrics, and propose clear design directions.
  • Design user journeys and workflows for complex, multi-step human resources processes and artificial intelligence automations, keeping them intuitive and trustworthy.
  • Create and iterate on flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, choosing an appropriate level of detail.
  • Partner with product management and engineering from concept through rollout, make trade-offs explicit, and ensure the delivered product reflects the design intent.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, customer success, and sales to align the product experience with how it is positioned and sold.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency while allowing experimentation and speed.
  • Use user interviews, usage analytics, and support feedback to refine and improve shipped work.
  • Facilitate discussions and help the team reason about users and product behavior.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience designing digital products in B2B SaaS or complex, workflow-heavy tools.
