Requirements
  • Hold or be actively working towards an ACECQA-recognised qualification relevant to working as a First Qualified Educator or Qualified Educator in Western Australia.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check.
  • Hold a state working-with-children check.
  • Have Australian working rights.
  • Complete National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children.
  • Be willing to work 20 hours per week from Monday to Thursday across before- and after-school care shifts during term time.
Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of engaging before- and after-school care programs for primary school-aged children.
  • Build ongoing relationships with children, families, the team, and the wider school community.
  • Support nearby services across the region when additional support is needed.
  • Work term-time morning shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and afternoon shifts from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Work additional school holiday program shifts when available.
