- Significant experience in instructional design and digital training development.
- At least 5 years of experience within the last 10 years in digital training, e-learning, or instructional design.
- Experience designing programs for complex technological or organizational environments.
- Experience designing multimedia, interactive, and self-directed learning content.
- Excellent ability to explain complex information clearly and structure information.
- Knowledge of andragogy and adult learning.
- Experience collaborating with subject-matter experts and multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of change management and adoption of digital systems.
- Experience in organizational transformation or information-systems deployment.
- Act as a digital learning expert responsible for instructional design, digital production, learning experience, and long-term maintenance of training content related to SIGPP.
- Analyze learning needs and apply instructional engineering.
- Develop digital content, including e-learning, video capsules, simulations, tutorials, job aids, user guides, FAQs, and infographics.
- Manage learning platforms and content distribution.
- Measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Produce the digital-training strategy and plan, storyboards, instructional scenarios, interactive simulations, reusable-content libraries, adoption reports, and learning dashboards.
- Contribute to change management and organizational-maturity improvement.
- Work alongside the implementation-training advisor and methodology trainer.
- Knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management.
- Experience in the healthcare sector.
- Experience with Dynamics 365, Project Operations, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with project, program, or portfolio management, PMO, or project offices.
- Knowledge of change management.
- Certification or training in instructional design or educational technology.
- Certification or experience with instructional design tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise 360, or equivalent.
- Microsoft Learning or Microsoft Certified Trainer certification.
- Prosci certification.
- PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
- Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certification.
