  • Other Requirements: May be required to work hours (weekends/holidays) outside the normal business schedule.
  • Other Requirements: Responsible for monitoring work hours to avoid the accrual of overtime. Overtime must be approved by a manager.

Responsibilities
  • Educate families on their cord blood banking options, empowering them to make an informed decision.
  • Deliver superior customer service on all inbound and outbound calls, emails, and/or chat sessions.
  • Remain current on all procedural activities and follow ups.
  • Remain current on all training and other administrative tasks.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and client service goals.
  • Adhere to all Consumer Sales processes and policies.
  • Review recorded calls with the manager to identify best practices and areas of opportunity.
  • Ensure quality standards are met per company Quality Policy.
  • Generate IRs to capture client and other relevant issues.
  • May be trained as a mentor/trainer.
  • Ensure client data, including personal, credit card and medical information is protected.
