- Develop individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and residential-based programs and design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
- Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented so quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals for continual evaluation of behavior plans and achievement of individual goals and objectives.
- Teach residential staff the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, and necessary monitoring and reporting systems.
- Design, implement, and monitor behavior programs for clients and oversee their implementation by others.
- Conduct regular caregiver and/or teacher training and consultation.
