About the job

Requirements
  • A background in operations, systems, or technical implementation rather than necessarily marketing.
  • Ability to build and maintain lightweight systems, integrations, automations, and AI-enabled workflows that reduce or eliminate manual work.
  • Fluency with AI tooling.
  • Ability to coordinate vendors and cross-functional stakeholders from an operational standpoint.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Asana, ActiveCampaign, Slack, and Outlook.
  • Ability to think clearly, move quickly, work independently, stay composed under pressure, and build durable systems.
  • Relevant background in business or revenue operations, technical program or project management, systems or implementation, sales or go-to-market operations, or operations-heavy roles involving tooling and automation.
Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain systems that power go-to-market execution with minimal manual effort.
  • Build a low-touch request-to-delivery pipeline for sales collateral, including one-pagers, decks, case studies, flyers, and event handouts.
  • Build a centralized process for submitting and tracking event opportunities, sponsorships, trade shows, customer dinners, webinars, and related activities.
  • Automatically create tracking for event ownership, budgets, deadlines, collateral needs, follow-up tasks, and post-event outcomes.
  • Build and maintain AI-enabled workflows that regularly refresh case studies, one-pagers, slide decks, and battle cards with current pain points and success data.
  • Support the operational coordination of external web, search engine optimization, advertising, design, and creative partners by keeping deliverables, timelines, and handoffs on track.
  • Establish and maintain systems-based operating processes for trade show and event logistics, including registration, shipping, travel, and lead lists.
  • Contribute to strategic thinking and task execution across sales, marketing, business development, operations, artificial intelligence, and executive priorities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with automation platforms and AI tooling.
  • Healthcare or business-to-business software-as-a-service exposure.
  • Approximately 3–5 years of experience in a relevant operations or implementation role.

About the company

Brevium provides a SaaS platform for medical practices that manages patient recalls, reminders, and reactivations. It works by analyzing a practice’s management data to find overdue patients and then prioritizes outreach according to clinical and financial goals, using proven insights to make outreach more efficient and effective. The software plugs into existing practice management systems, so clinics can run recall campaigns without changing their workflow, and is billed on a subscription basis. Compared with competitors, Brevium combines data-driven prioritization with seamless integration to practice management systems, focusing specifically on overdue-patient outreach to improve return rates and drive revenue rather than offering generic marketing tools. The goal is to help medical practices keep more appointments by reactivating overdue patients, improving patient retention, and increasing clinic revenue through smarter scheduling and communication."
