About the Job

Requirements

  • A scientific or technical university education, or scientific or technical vocational and specialist training supplemented by further qualifications or experience in quality-assurance methods.
  • One to two years or more of professional experience in a comparable position.
  • Knowledge of common quality-assurance methods.
  • Knowledge of a regulatory working environment, such as DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN ISO 13485, or FDA 21 CFR Part 820.
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Very good German and good English language skills, at least level B2, in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

  • Validate processes and assess development results.
  • Conduct risk analyses and risk assessments.
  • Plan and review the results of routine investigations involving cleaning, packaging, and sterilization.
  • Implement and provide advice on quality-assurance measures.
  • Process errors and track actions related to complaints and deviations.
  • Collaborate with external laboratories.
  • Provide specialist customer advice concerning development and process changes related to cleaning, packaging, and sterilization.

  • Knowledge of materials science, microbiology, chemistry, or process engineering.
  • Analytical and structured working methods, solution orientation, flexibility, and teamwork.
  • Strong customer orientation, enjoyment of working with people, and a high sense of responsibility.
