Requirements
  • 3+ years of postgraduate industry experience training and deploying large-scale models
  • Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning
  • Advanced knowledge of model compression, quantisation, distillation, parallelism and/or pruning techniques
  • Strong programming skills in Python with experience in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Scikit-learn, TensorRT, or similar tools
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing end-to-end neural networks for autonomous driving applications
  • Working closely with the research team to rapidly prototype and iterate on novel machine learning models
  • Optimizing models for efficiency and performance in real-world autonomous driving scenarios
  • Developing and maintaining a robust machine learning infrastructure
  • Evaluating emerging technologies and methodologies for innovation
  • Ensuring high-quality training data through advanced visualization and analysis techniques
  • Communicating data needs within the team for project optimization
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions
  • Contributing to an innovative engineering culture
