- Experience operating vehicles, tools, and equipment used in machinery routine maintenance.
- Experience with the mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in off-road, construction, lawn, or heavy equipment.
- Experience with basic computer functions.

- Valid driver's license.
- Inspect machines during routine maintenance to identify additional repairs and note them on work orders.
- Document diagnostics and repairs performed on work orders and submit information on time.
- Participate in required Service EDUCATE training programs when applicable.
- Operate and maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment required for job responsibilities.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations when performing work assignments.
- Transport equipment to and from customers and between dealer facilities.
- Maintain pickup and delivery records and obtain necessary signatures and receipts.
- Account for all time and distance traveled while performing assigned duties.
- Maintain assigned trucks and related equipment in good condition when required.
- Experience using Service Advisor or other computer-based diagnostic repair tools.
