Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager of a Class A high-rise commercial office property
  • Two to three years of progressively responsible related experience in a commercial property, tenant management, or hospitality setting
  • RPA, FMA, LEED and related designations preferred
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the building
  • Maintain necessary files and certifications to RXR standards
  • Perform regular tours of the building to ensure proper maintenance
  • Assist in budget preparation and execution
  • Establish superior tenant relations and engagement
  • Respond to tenant needs and resolve problems
  • Assist in project management activities
  • Engender superior employee/labor relations
  • Direct and supervise staff
  • Provide formal supervision to individual employees
