Job Description:

The Network Site Manager will report to OneOncology’s Director of Site Operations This role is responsible for the holistic management of assigned OneR partner practice sites from onboarding 
through study activation and beyond. This position serves as the primary point of contact and liaison between sites, sponsors, and CROs to ensure efficient coordination, communication, and performance 
throughout the clinical research lifecycle. In collaboration with the OneR Directors of Site Operations and internal cross-functional teams, the Network Site Manager supports site onboarding to the network, 
study feasibility, activation, and post-activation support to optimize site performance and participation in clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned OneR sites from onboarding through the life 

• of the study.

• Guide new site onboarding, including training on OneR processes, tools, and expectations for 

• participation in research.

• Facilitate the feasibility, selection, and start-up of new studies across the network, ensuring 

• consistent communication with site teams.

• Oversee timely completion of site feasibility and ensure readiness for activation.

• Coordinate with sponsors and CROs to ensure timely site selection, seamless study activation and serve as a central contact for operational questions and support.

• Provide ongoing site support post-activation, including troubleshooting barriers to enrollment, 

• Coordinating responses to site queries, and connecting sites with appropriate internal resources.

• Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, contracts and budgets, regulatory, project management, and quality assurance to ensure coordinated support for sites.

• Contribute to the review and refinement of operational processes, including onboarding, feasibility, and activation procedures.

• Develop and deliver site-specific and network-wide training as needed.

• Provide leadership and oversight to supporting team members, as applicable.

• Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

Key Competencies

• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written

• Strong knowledge and understanding of site operations and clinical research processes

• Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with site personnel and external stakeholders

• Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset

• Solid understanding of FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines governing human subject research

• Proficiency with tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams

• Experience with databases and Salesforce preferred

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, and at least 5 years of clinical research site or study management experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience); graduate degree preferred

• Site-facing or healthcare project management experience strongly preferred

• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred

• ACRP or SOCRA certification a plus

• Minimal travel required

• Fully remote position
