  • Proactively anticipate and respond to complex client needs and preferences, and implement feedback to improve service quality.

  • Use tools and data from the Crafty platform to manage resources and improve operational efficiency.
  • Design and optimize workflows to align with strategic goals.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve operational challenges, escalating issues to management when needed.
  • Manage priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver consistent, high-quality work, including during frequent interruptions.
  • Adapt to changes in strategy, operations, and market conditions; anticipate challenges and take preemptive action.
  • Develop solutions to complex problems and surface difficult business decisions when needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute feedback, and incorporate feedback to improve team performance.
  • Take ownership of tasks, mentor peers in best practices, serve as a subject matter expert, and champion continuous improvement.
  • Translate company goals into actionable plans that support profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Proven experience managing and growing a book of business.
  • Background in food and beverage and/or hospitality, with an understanding of exceptional food and beverage programs.
  • Experience in fast-growing, scaling companies, building standard operating procedures, and adapting to change.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined portfolio of New York City clients and ensure their food and beverage programs meet expectations.
  • Plan, schedule, and lead client account-management meetings when applicable.
  • Respond to client emails and Slack messages within 24 hours.
  • Coordinate communication with internal Crafty departments, including technology, merchandising, and recruiting.
  • Own the profit and loss for portfolio clients, keep budgets within monthly limits, and achieve a 15% quarter-over-quarter product-swap goal.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to keep fewer than two escalations active at any time.
  • Use client site-health surveys in HubSpot to ensure sites maintain a neutral or positive position.
  • Deliver top-tier on-site operations and client experiences to support retention and client goals.
