What believers are saying

  • DFW Summer 2027 field engineering interns get housing and $1,250 weekly pay.
  • Mechanic interns receive assigned mentors: Fort Worth's ten-week placement pairs students with experienced mechanics throughout the program.
  • DFW senior project engineers get travel support: the role includes a company truck, fuel card and toll tag.

What critics are saying

  • DFW field engineering internships demand long weeks: the Summer 2027 program specifies 50 hours per week.
  • DFW equipment operators need schedule flexibility: the role requires overtime, nights, weekends and travel as projects require.
  • Sponsorship is unavailable: Ragle's Dallas-Fort Worth senior engineering posting excludes employment visa support now and in the future.

What makes Ragle Inc unique

  • Equipment stays in-house: Ragle maintains its own fleet and supplies most project equipment internally.
  • Ragle builds around its own workforce: its construction model emphasizes completing most work with internal crews.
  • Preconstruction engineers rotate departments: North Richland Hills hires spend time in estimating, operations and preconstruction.
