Berkshire Hathaway holds 26 dividend stocks — Constellation Brands tops the list with 3.64% yield

Greg Abel, in his first shareholder letter as Berkshire Hathaway CEO, confirmed the company will not pay dividends, maintaining Warren Buffett's policy. However, 26 of the 29 stocks in Berkshire's $299 billion portfolio pay dividends. Constellation Brands, one of the largest US beer importers selling Corona and Modelo, stands out amongst these holdings. Despite a 3% revenue decline in the most recent quarter due to demographic shifts and tariff pressures, adjusted earnings rose 7% year-over-year to $3.43 per share. The company pays a quarterly dividend of $1.03 per share, yielding 3.64%, with a sustainable 34% payout ratio. Trading at just 11 times earnings and down 19% year-to-date, the stock trades at a 52-week low of $113. Analysts' median price target of $173.50 suggests potential 54% upside.

Berkshire Hathaway: the world isn't ready for warren buffett's successor. 10.68K Followers Summary. * Berkshire Hathaway remains undervalued, with a fair value estimate of $1.18 trillion, about 8% above the current market cap. * Greg Abel's leadership is delivering: $10B invested in Alphabet, a $6.8B Taylor Morrison acquisition, and buybacks resumed, signaling decisive capital allocation. * Operating earnings are rebounding, the energy business is accelerating, and higher Treasury yields are expected to further boost earnings in coming quarters. * Risks include rising GEICO loss ratios and macro headwinds, but I remain bullish and consider BRK.B a solid long-term investment. Berkshire Hathaway's (BRK.A)(BRK.B) stock has appreciated by roughly 5% since early February, when I last published my bullish article on the company. Back then, I said that the foundations for Greg Abel to
