Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, able to use initiative and work independently.
  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience.

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in operations management, development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Be an integral part of completing shipments for our retail customers by completing important duties related to the process.
  • Provide guidance and coordinate daily operations within the shipping warehouse by utilizing our warehouse team.
  • Help ensure the completion of daily operations and use discretion to place priority on tasks that need to be completed in cooperation with other associates, Managers, and Directors.
  • Work closely with program directors and managers to establish consistent avenues of communication that allow for smooth flow of information.
  • Collaborate and execute special projects, including suggesting possible areas of improvement and new tactics that could be implemented.
  • Monitor and report any inefficiencies within the shipping process and the quality assurance aspect of the process as well.
