A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a relevant stream.
Experience in business process analysis, workflow, task analysis, user acceptance testing, and requirements analysis.
Ability to elicit, document, analyze, and verify requirements.
Prior experience in business or technology enhancements, automation, and implementations.
Successful use of software development life cycle methodology or demonstrated knowledge of business processes related to the supported business area.

Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts for different application modules according to the Business Requirement Documentation.
Analyze high-level business requirements to create use cases and use-case diagrams using Rational Rose according to Unified Modeling Language methodology.
