  • At least two years of previous experience in industrial design is required.

Responsibilities
  • Develop mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical interfaces between tractors and front loaders for various tractor brands.
  • Develop new products in close cooperation with customers.
  • Manage several parallel projects and deliver assigned work from conception through completion according to project plans.
  • Build a contact network and independently plan, control, and report ongoing and future tasks.
  • Design new product adaptations requested by marketing, sales, or original equipment manufacturer customers according to customer timelines.
  • Conduct field work, including three-dimensional scanning and measuring of new tractors, prototype test fits, and product audits at or with customers.
  • Maintain products.
  • Plan, control, and report on ongoing and future tasks.
  • Support the sales and support organization by updating the product configurator and investigating causes of failures within the area of responsibility.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience with welded sheet-metal construction is preferred.
  • General technical interest and practical hands-on skills are preferred.
  • Previous experience working in product lifecycle management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of a tractor's mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic structure is highly valued.
