\nWith ambitions to make Opendoor a household name, this role will be key in continuing to shape our image and growing awareness for our brand. The person in this role will be responsible for managing our organic social media presence and content production across all of our platforms (eg. Meta platforms, TikTok, Linkedin, YouTube, and X). You'll work daily with agency partners and internal stakeholders to develop and produce unique content that engages our diverse audiences and builds awareness and trust.
You'll lean into experimentation to continue to improve performance, stay on top of the industry, and channel trends to identify growth opportunities. You'll have an eye for design and act as a steward of our brand’s visual identity. This role offers a chance to impact Opendoor's growth while refining your skills in strategy, management, creative thinking, and content production. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The U.S. pay range for this position is $88,000- $110,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We also offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, 12 paid holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, basic life insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
