Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Patient-coordinated scheduling: contract nurses arrange visits directly around approved care hours and patient preferences.
  • Ongoing learning: employee careers materials specify comprehensive training programs and continuous development opportunities.
  • Published hourly range: the Aiken equipment office coordinator role advertises $19-$21 per hour.

What critics are saying

  • Contractor coverage burden: the Flagstaff RN posting requires professional liability insurance for 1099 contractors.
  • Sales targets: outreach coordinators must meet weekly, monthly and quarterly lead-generation and appointment goals.
  • Program-gated access: UEW requires approved EEOICPA benefits and a valid White Card before patient care.

What makes UEW Healthcare unique

  • Family caregiving option: trusted relatives receive guidance and structure from UEW's care team.
  • Claims guidance: support helps applicants understand required work-history and medical evidence.
  • Equipment coordination hub: branch office coordinators connect nurse navigators, service technicians and equipment documentation.
