Requirements
  • Experience in Education and Academia Sector and in related functional and technical areas.
  • Ability to deliver Bestselling Authors keynote/guest speaker content for education sector clients; strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Willingness to work remotely with travel or virtual engagements; role generally located across CONUS with emphasis on Texas and South Central region; proximity to CONUS Texas or ability to work remotely.
  • Contractual basis as Exempt 1099 or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099); potential conversion to a full-time W-2 position at ProSidian's discretion.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver targeted content and insights as a Bestselling Authors keynote/guest speaker, aligning with event objectives and theme.
  • Present topic-specific keynotes, engage audiences with expertise and authenticity, and contribute to broader event objectives through storytelling and strategy.
  • Deliver high-value keynote insights aligned with an organization’s brand promise of culture, courage, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with the Speakers Bureau to engage audiences through education, motivation, and actionable guidance rooted in the speaker's field.
  • Support events across conferences, academic forums, corporate summits, and community events; tailor content to Accountability Topic Areas; reinforce key messages.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience as a bestselling author and ability to provide content tailored to Bestselling Authors Topic Areas.
  • Experience working with education-sector clients such as Texas Education Agency (TEA) or Region One Education Service Center (ESC1).
  • Security clearance or ability to obtain security clearance is valued as an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to learn additional tools such as Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
