Are you a seasoned marketing professional with a knack for generating demand and driving revenue? We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to spearhead our efforts in coordinating and executing large scale field events, collaborating closely with our Direct Sales teams.
In this pivotal role, you will own the entire field marketing channel. Not only organizing all aspects of the in-person event itself, but also the promotion therein- building lists to promote the event to, creating landing pages, SFDC campaigns, and marketo programs. You will be working hand in hand with various teams across BILL, you will orchestrate end-to-end campaigns aimed at fueling pipeline growth, facilitating closed business deals, and maximizing platform utilization.

What you’ll be doing
- Create and execute impactful field marketing events to drive pipeline, ensuring coverage for each sales segment
- Collaboratively work with sales, SDRs, channel marketers, creative, and web teams to execute polished end-to-end campaigns from ad creative to demo.
- Efforts may include digital, email, account-based strategy, sales development cadences, direct mail, 6sense, and more.
- This role will include traveling to and participating in marketing-related events, including representing BILL at field events and other activities as needed, planning events, pre and post-event marketing, booking and setting up for events, arranging travel, and overseeing assets.
- Track and report on campaign performance and utilize that data to develop and optimize future campaigns
- Collaborate with sales and sales development leaders to ensure appropriate prioritization and enablement for effective follow-up on integrated marketing campaigns
- Develop, write, and test Outreach sequences for campaign follow-up to ensure we are getting the most from each of our marketing campaigns and activities
- Partner with marketing operations to ensure effective lead flow and tracking through Marketo and Salesforce
We’d love to chat if you have:
- 5+ years of work experience in a marketing or technology-related organization
- A Demand Generation focus in your marketing career
- Expert experience running a highly scaled field marketing program as well as large scale hosted in-person events
- Solid understanding of pipeline management and sales metrics
- Experience working with B2B SDRs and direct sales teams
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills
- Proven success in conceptualizing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns to drive sales success
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects
- B2B Marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

$84,900—$106,100 USD
