Responsibilities
  • Assist buyers with making selections to customize their homes.
  • Ensure that homebuyers are aware of all available options.
  • Enter customer information and selections into computer systems.
  • Advise customers on interior design functions, including color, functionality, and budget.
  • Provide complete product information covering the performance, durability, and maintenance of homebuyer selections.
  • Assist in determining market-driven standard features and options.
  • Manage the distribution of design-center paperwork.
  • Communicate with Sales, Purchasing, Homeowners, and Trades as required to execute the homebuilding process.
  • Communicate knowledgeably about the design-center experience and the overall new-home-buying experience.
