Requirements
  • A Master’s degree or higher.
  • BCBA certification, or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months.
  • At least two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Certification, registration, and/or licensure required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
  • Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to the values of partnership, integrity, curiosity, client-centered care, and excellence.
  • Present eligibility to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and supervision for the team and clients.
  • Mentor and support behavior technicians, who receive competency-based training.
  • Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
  • Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
  • Conduct regular training for parents and caregivers.
  • Prioritize the safety of clients and others involved in each case.
  • Consult with clients and provide continuous program direction and maintenance.
  • Analyze data and behavior and make data-based decisions.
  • Guide the ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
  • Ensure program directives from the senior clinical team are implemented accurately and on time.
  • Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
Desired Qualifications
  • An interest in research, particularly functional analysis, verbal behavior, feeding, and related topics.
