  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or equivalent education and experience
  • 1+ years of recruiting coordination or HR administrative experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet multiple competing deadlines
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite applications and HR tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
  • Passion for the running enthusiast and active lifestyle
Responsibilities
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate travel
  • Complete background check and reference check processes for new hires
  • Provide relocation support for new hires
  • Post jobs and create offer letters for Retail positions
  • Update and post new content on the Brooks InsideTrack Recruiting page
  • Administer the Employee Referral Program
  • Coordinate communications related to New Hire Notifications
  • Provide recruiting support including maintenance and administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Send out Recruiting surveys and collect, synthesize and report findings
  • Assist with the maintenance of procedures, policies, and other strategic documents
  • Prepare data reports as needed
  • Support workplace programs and events to enhance the company culture and work environment
  • Source prospective candidates based on skills, abilities, and experience by conducting keyword searches
