Responsibilities
  • Teach Apollo’s full product suite to customers
  • Understand integrations with 3rd party tooling and guide technical stakeholders
  • Conduct weekly training sessions with onboarding customers
  • Manage 30-40 onboarding customers at a time
  • Provide detailed call notes post-training session
  • Graduate customers in a timely, value-driven manner
  • Create training materials for customers
  • Provide weekly User Training & Feature Walkthroughs
  • Optimize the customer experience through coaching and training
  • Work to achieve quarterly OKRs and targets for initial customer adoption
  • Maintain a <6hr SLA to customer inquiries
