NOVOS FiBER provides high-speed internet access by building a 100% fiber-optic network across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. It delivers symmetrical internet speeds, with transparent pricing and local, phone-answering support. The network is owned and operated by Texans for Texans, emphasizing community focus and straightforward service rather than national call-center experiences. The company’s approach differentiates itself through local ownership, direct local support, and a no-hidden-fee policy. The goal is to offer reliable, community-centered fiber internet that residents can trust and easily access.

What believers are saying

  • McKinney launched June 2026, extending NOVOS FiBER beyond Arlington.
  • Smartoptics announced Arlington rollout support January 2025, improving 100-kilometer network efficiency.
  • PRIME FiBER won AT&T wholesale expansion to Arizona in May 2025.

What critics are saying

  • NOVOS FiBER still operates only Arlington and McKinney, limiting revenue diversification in 2026.
  • Heavy discounting at $49.99 risks margin compression against AT&T and Frontier.
  • If capital markets tighten, buildout stalls before subscriber scale, threatening insolvency.

What makes NOVOS FiBER unique

  • NOVOS FiBER runs retail FTTH plus PRIME FiBER open-access wholesale, launched April 2024.
  • August 2026 pricing shows 5 gig for $49.99, undercutting incumbents on speed.
  • Hexatronic became a strategic supplier in 2026, signaling scaled FTTH execution.
