Requirements
  • 0-5 years experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance. Experience with older equipment and in production are both a plus.
  • Ideal Equipment Experience: Vacuum deposition, dry etch, photolithography, wet etching, wafer bonding, and test equipment.
  • Candidates with no experience on semiconductor tools will also be considered depending on their past work experience.
  • Candidate willing to work weekend shifts or 2nd shift is a big plus.
  • Technology degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair semiconductor equipment
  • Perform scheduled routine maintenance of semiconductor equipment. Work with equipment and process engineers on developing and improve PM procedures.
  • Generate improved procedures and data collection mechanism of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Work with facilities team and equipment engineers to install new equipment.
  • Participate in new equipment specification generation and equipment selection process.
