  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in an analytical field, computer science or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management or business analysis as well as leading projects with an agile mindset. Experience in a Financial Service environment a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working on an agile team strongly preferred
  • Able to tailor requirement gathering technique based on the project need; able to express complex concepts in business terms
Responsibilities
  • Manage initiative delivery by bringing cross functional teams together and creating sprint plans, facilitating show & tells, organizing regular team standups & retrospectives to continuously improve and mature the delivery framework.
  • Partner with the product owner to deliver solutions on time. Produce supporting artifacts such as story maps, process flows, user stories, and test scripts and any other documentation deemed necessary to facilitate and execute on the agreed project outcomes.
  • Evaluate business needs, understand existing systems, data and processes, determine gaps and fits to produce business outcomes. Understand / describe the business domain, model business processes, able to see the big picture and envision possible solutions.
  • Partner with project sponsors & stakeholders help develop and maintain project roadmaps, develop long- and short-term project plans, establish interim milestones, identify cross-project dependencies, ensure adherence to deadlines, and update the team regularly on project progress.
