Responsibilities
  • Own Onboarding & Activation: Execute personalized LinkedIn and email outreach within 24 hours of every new Sage sign-up
  • Own Onboarding & Activation: Run confident, structured onboarding calls with senior technology executives to qualify intent and drive meaningful engagement
  • Own Onboarding & Activation: Guide Sages toward Initiative creation during or immediately following onboarding
  • Own Onboarding & Activation: Clearly position Standard vs Pro engagement models
  • Own Onboarding & Activation: Capture clear next steps before every onboarding interaction ends
  • Own Onboarding & Activation: Recover incomplete sign-ups and unbooked onboarding flows
  • Own Onboarding & Activation: Track activation status daily and proactively identify engagement gaps early
  • Drive Executive Engagement & Retention: Build trusted relationships with Sages and ensure they feel supported, valued, and connected to the network
  • Drive Executive Engagement & Retention: Create thoughtful touchpoints that encourage repeat engagement and long-term participation
  • Drive Executive Engagement & Retention: Proactively re-engage inactive Sages through personalized outreach and relationship management
