Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, or in project management with genuine end-to-end ownership.
  • Strong data orientation and fluency, with the ability to work deeply with data products.
  • Interest in technical and data architecture, ingestion pipelines, and systems at scale, with the ability to collaborate deeply with engineers.
  • Comfort with operational work, edge cases, and automation.
  • Ability to navigate internal stakeholders and external partners, structure demands, arbitrate, and make trade-offs explicit.
  • An analytical, pragmatic, and impact-oriented approach.
  • Based in France or Spain.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
Responsibilities
  • Own Joko's universal product catalog end to end, including its coverage, structure, freshness, and feeding pipelines.
  • Decide which merchants and products enter the catalog and prioritize their integration.
  • Define with engineers how heterogeneous partner and affiliate inputs become uniform, comparable product records.
  • Own the strategy and monitoring that keep catalog data current and identify ingestion-pipeline failures before users notice.
  • Identify catalog operations work and automate it so coverage scales faster than headcount.
  • Design the architecture for a genuinely multi-market catalog as Joko expands beyond France.
  • Structure stakeholder demand, arbitrate among business-line needs, and speak directly with merchants to obtain their products.
  • Define catalog metrics for coverage, uniformity, freshness, and quality, and drive the roadmap against them.
Desired Qualifications
  • French language proficiency.

Joko operates a mobile shopping app that gives users cashback, coupons, and discounts from a wide range of retailers. It earns commissions through affiliate marketing when users make purchases via the app. The app is free for users and automatically calculates the carbon footprint of each transaction, encouraging more conscious consumption. How it works: users browse partners in the app, activate deals, and make purchases through affiliate links to get rewards; the platform tracks sales and credits cashback automatically to the user’s account. How it is different: it combines traditional cashback and coupon offers with real-time carbon footprint insights for each purchase, offering environmental visibility alongside savings, within a broad consumer market. What the company aims for: to help people save money on everyday spending while promoting greener consumption and to grow its affiliate network across retailers.
