Requirements
  • Proven experience in enablement, training or related roles preferably in a global organization.
  • Successful record of leading and developing a team of individual contributors.
  • Strong understanding of learning principles, technology and project management techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Data driven mindset with a focus on measuring and optimizing program effectiveness.
Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a small team of global program managers to develop and execute our most critical enablement initiatives.
  • Develop a global rep onboarding strategy, including role specific programming that adapts to changes in the business.
  • Collaborate across enablement teams to set clear priorities for program success.
  • Stay on top of emerging trends in SaaS GTM to inform our strategy.
  • Foster strong relationships with Sales, Success, Product and Marketing to align enablement programs with business objectives.
  • Develop and present Quarterly Business Reviews that drive alignment with your team and report on previous quarter results.
  • Measure and report on enablement success metrics and draw insights from data.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous selling or servicing experience or GTM management experience preferred.
  • Comfortability and confidence in an ambiguous environment.
