Maintenance Technician - Sandstone Foothills Apartments

Job Description:

Part Time- 20 hours a week

Location: Sandstone Foothills Apartments located in Mineral Wells, TX

At Sandstone Foothills Apartments, we’re seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our community safe, clean, and running smoothly. If you're a problem-solver who enjoys working independently and taking pride in your work, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform general maintenance tasks: carpentry, painting, light repairs

• Get vacant units move-in ready (cleaning, patching, and painting)

• Handle preventative maintenance and routine inspections

• Maintain common areas, landscaping, and grounds year-round

• Respond to work orders and emergency calls as scheduled

• Support vendors and service teams during on-site work

• Maintain maintenance records and safety compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1–2 years of maintenance or janitorial experience

• Good mechanical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer/tablet skills

• Valid driver’s license
