Requirements
  • A minimum of 3+ years of verifiable experience in the collision repair shop industry.
  • Compliance with manufacturer and dealer safety guidelines and standards.
  • Car-O-Liner frame measuring experience.
  • Willingness to submit to a background check, DMV screen, and drug screen.
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand movements, frequent standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, ladder and stair climbing, and occasional crawling, twisting and lying.
  • Ability to lift or carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment systems, diagnostic equipment, and air-conditioning equipment.
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair foreign and domestic vehicles to dealership specifications.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Meet productivity and efficiency numbers.
  • Meet cycle-time requirements for completed repairs.
  • Maintain an organized and safe bay according to dealership, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and Environmental Protection Agency standards.
  • Keep the personal work area, shop, and tools clean and safe.
  • Learn new technical information and techniques in formal training classes to stay current with changing automotive technology.
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment, including gloves, safety glasses, hard hats, and respirators when handling hazardous products or working in hazardous environments.
Desired Qualifications
  • Electric vehicle experience and certifications.
  • I-CAR and/or Automotive Service Excellence certification.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while providing high-quality customer service.
