Requirements
  • At least 7 years of software engineering, workflow automation, or enterprise application development experience.
  • At least 3 years of technical leadership or solution architecture experience.
  • Experience implementing workflow automation and orchestration platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Business Process Management, workflow automation, enterprise integration, application programming interface development, event-driven architectures, and microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems and business applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Representational State Transfer APIs, JSON/XML, SQL, enterprise integration patterns, cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform, continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, Agile development methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical lead for Regrello platform implementations and enhancements.
  • Define solution architecture, integration strategies, and technical standards.
  • Lead design reviews and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
  • Establish development best practices and governance standards.
  • Mentor developers, analysts, and administrators supporting the platform.
  • Design scalable workflow orchestration solutions using Regrello.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and workflow configurations.
  • Develop complex workflow automation solutions.
  • Architect cross-functional business process workflows.
  • Optimize workflow performance and system reliability.
  • Configure and maintain Regrello workflow automation capabilities.
  • Develop custom workflow logic and automation processes.
  • Create reusable workflow templates and frameworks.
  • Support testing, deployment, and production support activities.
  • Troubleshoot workflow execution and system integration issues.
  • Design and implement integrations between Regrello and enterprise applications.
  • Develop and maintain APIs and data exchange mechanisms.
  • Integrate Regrello with SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, manufacturing execution system platforms, product lifecycle management systems, data warehouses, and cloud services.
  • Ensure secure and reliable data synchronization across platforms.
  • Establish technical architecture standards.
  • Define workflow orchestration frameworks and deployment patterns.
  • Ensure solution scalability, maintainability, and security.
  • Conduct architecture assessments and technical reviews.
  • Maintain technical documentation and standards.
  • Participate in sprint planning and technical backlog reviews.
  • Estimate development efforts and implementation timelines.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing and production releases.
  • Ensure successful solution delivery within project timelines.
  • Monitor workflow execution and system performance.
  • Analyze bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
  • Improve automation efficiency and process throughput.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies.
  • Participate in risk assessments and security reviews.
  • Implement access controls and data governance standards.
  • Support audit and compliance initiatives.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with the Regrello platform.
  • Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Boomi, Kafka, Power Platform, ServiceNow integration, and SAP integration.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing, supply chain operations, engineering program management, product development, quality management, operations transformation, or digital transformation programs.
