Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, GTM Engineering, Revenue Systems, or an equivalent technical GTM role in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
  • Advanced analytical ability, including experience designing data models, metric definitions, dashboard architecture, and scalable reporting infrastructure for operational and executive decision-making.
  • Strong Salesforce proficiency across data modelling, process design, automation, reports, dashboards, permissions, and data-quality governance.
  • Demonstrated success building and operationalising AI-enabled workflows using low-code tools, integrations, APIs, or agent-based platforms.
  • Working knowledge of AI workflow design, including prompt design, structured outputs, testing and evaluation, monitoring, exception handling, and human oversight.
  • Hands-on experience administering or optimising a sales engagement platform such as Salesloft or Outreach.
  • Experience designing lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, qualification, SDR, and early-stage pipeline processes.
  • Ability to combine quantitative analysis with commercial judgement, communicate clear recommendations, and influence cross-functional leaders.
  • Strong requirements-gathering, process-mapping, solution design, testing, documentation, and change-management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Own the analytical foundation for the lead-to-opportunity funnel, including the data model, metric definitions, source-of-truth logic, transformations, and dashboard architecture.
  • Build reliable reporting for volume, conversion, velocity, acceptance, aging, leakage, pipeline value, and target-account penetration across source, campaign, segment, persona, account tier, channel, and owner.
  • Evaluate lead-scoring efficacy, routing performance, outreach productivity, and handoff quality using cohort, trend, and root-cause analysis; translate findings into prioritized actions.
  • Create data-quality monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting quality assurance so leaders can trust funnel insights and understand metric lineage.
  • Develop recurring early-pipeline outlooks and decision-ready performance narratives that identify risks, opportunities, and recommended interventions.
  • Design, build, and operate production-ready AI workflows for account and contact research, enrichment, prioritization, personalization, qualification, routing quality assurance, SDR preparation, next-best action, and performance diagnosis.
  • Connect AI capabilities to GTM systems and structured data using low-code tools, integrations, APIs, and agent-based platforms; design for repeatability rather than one-off experimentation.
  • Define prompts, structured outputs, evaluation criteria, exception handling, human-in-the-loop controls, and monitoring for accuracy, adoption, and business impact.
  • Apply governance for data security, permissions, transparency, and responsible use while continuously testing and improving workflow performance.
  • Identify high-value automation opportunities, quantify expected benefit, and measure realized gains in conversion, speed, quality, and team capacity.
  • Own the operational design for lead capture, enrichment, deduplication, scoring, grading, prioritization, routing, acceptance, recycling, and disqualification.
  • Translate GTM policy into scalable Salesforce fields, validation rules, ownership logic, queues, automations, and service-level agreements.
  • Continuously improve scoring and routing using observed conversion outcomes, fit and intent signals, representative capacity, and territory rules.
  • Define qualification and handoff standards across Marketing, SDRs, and Account Executives, with clear ownership, required context, and closed-loop feedback.
  • Operationalise ICP, segmentation, territory, and target-account strategies into measurable account and contact universes, coverage plans, and activation workflows.
  • Administer and optimise Salesforce, Salesloft, Lusha, Clay, Nooks, Qualified, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, including integrations, cadences, task logic, data flows, and operating standards.
  • Partner with SDR leadership to define capacity, activity, quality, and pipeline goals and provide analytical coaching insights by representative, channel, cadence, segment, and persona.
  • Ensure automated, inbound, and outbound interactions enter the funnel with accurate ownership, context, qualification, and attribution.
  • Serve as the operational and analytical partner to Marketing, Sales Development, Sales, and GTM Systems for lead-to-pipeline performance.
  • Lead requirements gathering, process design, solution configuration, testing, release management, documentation, enablement, and adoption measurement.
  • Drive alignment on lifecycle definitions, service levels, data standards, and prioritisation, balancing near-term commercial needs with scalable architecture.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Lusha, Clay, Nooks, Qualified, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience with SQL, business intelligence tools, data transformation, reverse extract-transform-load, or warehouse-based reporting.
  • Experience building GTM applications, internal tools, or agents in a GTM Engineer capacity.
  • Experience supporting enterprise account-based or target-account motions, ideally in identity verification, fraud, cybersecurity, or financial services technology.

Mitek appoints Aaron Seyler as Chief Revenue Officer. Mitek Systems, Inc., a global leader in digital identity verification and fraud prevention, announced the appointment of Aaron Seyler as Mitek's Chief Revenue Officer to lead Mitek's go-to-market organization, effective as of his start date, August 17, 2026. Mr. Seyler joins Mitek from Vonage, an Ericsson company, where he led a global go-to-market organization across 17 countries. In his role as Chief Revenue Officer there, he scaled an API-based enterprise software business through a global partner and channel ecosystem, a motion similar to Mitek's delivery of its identity and fraud capabilities into customer onboarding, authentication, and transaction workflows. Prior to Vonage, he led the go-to-market function at Telesign, a digital fraud and identity protection company, where he helped scale revenue from approximately $200 million to more than $600 million and led its expansion into international markets. The awards consist of (i) 67,459 PSUs which may vest, if at all, following the completion of the three-year performance period based on the Company's relative total shareholder return performance measured against the Russell 2000 Index, with up to an additional 67,459 PSUs eligible to vest for above-target performance, and (ii) 67,459 RSUs that vest in four equal annual installments beginning on the first anniversary of the grant date. In each case, vesting of the PSUs and RSUs is subject to Mr. Seyler's continued employment through the applicable vesting date, subject to earlier vesting provisions in connection with a change in control and certain qualifying terminations of employment. As part of his appointment, Seyler received employment inducement awards including performance-based and service-based restricted stock units with an aggregate grant date fair value of approximately $2.5 million. The awards consist of 67,459 performance-based units and 67,459 service-based units, with potential for additional shares based on performance.

Mitek Systems hits record SaaS revenue, up 36% year-over-year with $25M free cash flow

Mitek Systems reported third-quarter 2026 total revenue of $54 million, up 18% year-over-year. The company achieved record SaaS revenue, growing 36% year-over-year and now representing approximately 46% of trailing 12-month revenue. Fraud and identity revenue reached $29 million, up 14% year-over-year, whilst check verification revenue grew 24% to $25 million. Check Fraud Defender annual contract value surged 73% year-over-year, exceeding $22 million. The company's data network now covers approximately 70% of US checking accounts. Fiserv has gone live as a reseller, expanding the network to thousands of institutions. Non-GAAP gross margin improved to 85.5%, up 40 basis points year-over-year. Adjusted diluted earnings per share reached $0.34, up 58% year-over-year. Free cash flow totalled $25.3 million for the quarter. Mitek raised full-year fiscal 2026 revenue guidance to $195-200 million.
