  • Bachelor's Degree Business or related field Or relevant experience and 8-10 Years Progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on executive level candidate generation in a complex and competitive market
  • 5-7 Years Experience in successfully planning and executing search projects on an end-to-end basis from intake through close/onboarding
  • 3-5 Years Experience in negotiating offers/packages with senior-level candidates
  • 3-5 Years Understanding of executive compensation structures and challenges, including the ability to analyze complex compensation packages and propose appropriately competitive offers
  • 5-7 Years Strong relationship management skills with a proven track record of building trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring leaders
  • 5-7 Years Experience in designing and conducting in-depth competency and behavioral based interviews and evaluating candidate profiles
  • 5-7 Years Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective and innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract and source high-quality leader/executive level candidates for open leadership roles
  • Provide a superior candidate experience through clearly defining position requirements and recruiting process, timely updates on progress, interview preparation and debriefing, from strategy kick-off through successful new hire onboarding.
  • Develop, drive, and manage strong relationships with hiring leaders, human resources partners and HR COEs.
  • Source and identify diverse slates of qualified passive candidates using creative, out of the box recruiting methods.
  • Build talent networks and knowledgeable industry sources to develop an on-going pool of candidates.
  • Conduct on-site/remote interviews, participate in debriefs, perform detailed reference checks, and negotiate and present complex offers.
  • Influence, build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Develop diverse talent pool through creative sourcing techniques including referral generation, networking, and direct sourcing.
  • Provide direction to and partner with Executive Talent Acquisition Analysts.
