Four to eight years of CNC programming experience in a production environment.
Proven experience programming both CNC mills and lathes.
Experience improving cycle times and program efficiency.
Hands-on setup and prove-out experience.
Strong experience with CNC milling and turning.
Proficiency in Mastercam or similar computer-aided manufacturing software.
Solid understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing and blueprint reading.
Ability to troubleshoot machining issues related to tooling, programs, or setup.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with required personal protective equipment, including eye protection, hearing protection, and safety shoes.
Ability to stand, walk, and lift materials as needed throughout the workday.
