Requirements
  • A Bac+3 degree in sustainable development, corporate social responsibility, or environmental studies.
  • Enrollment in an MBA ESG specializing in corporate social responsibility or sustainable development.
  • Professional English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze and process data.
  • Knowledge of environmental, social, and governance, corporate social responsibility, and sustainable development issues.
  • Ability to synthesize information and present results.
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to collecting and analyzing data on the Group's environmental, social, health, and safety performance.
  • Participate in drafting the annual CSR report.
  • Support the preparation and updating of the Group's carbon footprint assessment, consolidate data from different sites, and help monitor carbon dioxide emissions and related action plans.
  • Participate in working groups on water, waste management, circular economy, and greenhouse-gas-emission reduction.
  • Monitor regulatory and sector developments concerning CSR issues.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify market best practices.
  • Formulate recommendations to adapt internal policies and procedures.
  • Implement awareness and communication initiatives concerning CSR issues.
  • Support the adoption of CSR projects by teams in France and internationally.
  • Contribute to organizing the Group's CSR Week.
  • Participate in organizing the annual CSR seminar.
  • Contribute to facilitating the CSR ambassador network.
