Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- At least 6 months of experience in sales, hospitality, or training others is preferred.
- One year of retail operations experience is preferred.
- Basic computer skills are required to complete daily tasks.
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by greeting customers, handling phone calls, and processing point-of-sale transactions efficiently.
- Foster a positive team environment and enforce operational procedures, including opening, closing, and daily duties.
- Communicate using written and verbal instructions, resolve conflicts, and share relevant information.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts, merchandise handling, and monitoring shrinkage.
- Support staff with point-of-sale transactions, housekeeping, and merchandising.
- Maintain store quality through restocking and proper product merchandising.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and completing weekly training.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in sales, hospitality, or training others for at least 6 months.
- One year of experience in a retail operation.
