Responsibilities
Manage project training compliance, including on-the-job training, on-the-job evaluation, and computer-based training.
Maintain the ERDF and IDF training calendar and Train Track system.
Schedule project training and medical appointments.
Onboard new employees and establish their training plans.
Submit badge requests for vendors and project visitors.
Maintain employee files and Department of Transportation driver files.
Coordinate with Information Technology and payroll on Costpoint and other project applications.
Work with Health and Safety to maintain employee job task analyses.
Coordinate maintenance scheduling and manage instrument calibrations with vendors.
Perform project document control functions.
Back up the procedure writer and assist with revising and developing procedures, work packages, and field change notices.
Perform other tasks assigned by project management.
Desired Qualifications
Previous experience at a Department of Energy site is highly preferred.
Experience with training and procedure writing is highly preferred.

Work Environment
This job takes place in operational facilities and professional office environments. Environment is in a radioactive/hazardous waste treatment facility which requires compliance with conditions of a Radioactive Materials License and Hazardous Waste Permit. Work may occur in environments which are not temperature controlled.
