  • You have a minimum of 5 years of management consulting or related experience
  • You are structured in your way of thinking, take a customer-first mindset, and enjoy working at the intersection of product and commercial strategy
  • You are an enthusiastic and experienced problem solver; you identify challenges and can design and implement innovative solutions
  • You are flexible in how you approach different stakeholders & topics and are always committed and very hands-on in getting things done
  • You have experience with go-to-market strategies, business cases and market studies
  • You have a strong affinity for numbers and live by an analytical approach
  • You feel comfortable in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment where you will be driving multiple projects whilst continuously evaluating and prioritizing them to maximize impact
  • You prioritize and communicate effectively
  • Past work experience working for a Payments or Financial services company, or Retailer or within a Retail ecosystem solution provider is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Drive, build and manage strategy planning processes with cross-functional collaborators.
  • Develop and manage internal and external customer and product feedback collection mechanisms to serve as critical input for Pillar strategy/prioritization efforts.
  • Orchestrate the launch of strategic products to ensure adoption within our customer base and accelerate commercial scaling of enablement within our Sales and Account Management teams.
  • Understand external trends and insights about our users, products, and industry and help shape the positioning of our solution.
  • Use the frameworks and skillset of a strategy consultant to structure answers to the mission critical questions impacting our future success in Unified Commerce.
  • Develop messaging and collateral to communicate about our strategy both internally and externally as a thought leader in your field.
