Responsibilities
Clean the office, clubhouse, and restrooms daily.
Clean and maintain model apartments daily.
Prepare vacant apartments for new resident move-in.
Perform additional duties requested by the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager.
Desired Qualifications
Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is a plus.
Rate:$16.00 - $17.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
