  • 15+ years of experience in consumer electronic sales and/or account management
  • Has a strong rolodex of target retailers and partners
  • Brings a mix of a data driven and operational mindset to the table
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
  • Excitement to test, learn & iterate in a fast-paced environment
  • Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and be an individual contributor Day 1
  • Experience in building and coaching a team
  • Passion for fitness, health & technology
  • Willingness to travel to retailers and trade shows (up to 25%)
Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a multi-year global retailer and partnership pipeline across various industries, including but not limited to technology, sporting goods, marketplaces, fitness, and healthcare
  • Conduct outreach, lead negotiations, and nurture relationships with partners, coordinating terms including, but not limited to door count and expansion, assortment, pricing, visual merchandising, co-marketing, and logistics
  • Partner with Legal to execute contracts, develop SOPs to address unauthorized resellers, and establish country level wholesale policies
  • Create and iterate on multi-year sales forecasts with FP&A
  • Partner with Strategic Finance on LTV/CAC model, pricing and promotions strategy, and GTM plan to launch new generation products for wholesale
  • Coordinate sales strategy with DTC to collectively grow the WHOOP membership base
  • Strategize with complementary brands to drive sales with shared partners
  • Design and build a sales organization from scratch
